Onsite Account Manager

Salary: £38,400 – £45,600 per year

Due to the growth of our client in Huddersfield, and the success of our onsite team, we are recruiting an additional team member to work onsite at this specialist online warehouse and distribution business.

Initially the shift will be PM or 14.00-22.00 – flexibility required), and the successful candidate will be required to work at both Huddersfield and Elland sites on occasions, therefore a car and full driving license is essential. Additionally, holiday cover and out of hours mobile support may be required on other shifts.

The contract is initially temporary (3 months minimum) to cover a seasonal peak, and the Christmas period, and will be reviewed in February with regards to (hopefully) making the role permanent once budgets have been finalised.

Reporting into the onsite manager, ideally the successful candidate will have an onsite recruitment background (although not essential), and will be responsible for the following:

Checking in staff onsite

Attending planning meetings and team briefs

Updating CRM

Registering and vetting candidates

Booking filling and arranging extra staff and replacements

Payroll administration

Out of hours support (including weekends)
