Salary: £26,000 – £360,000 per year
Our client, an FF&E / Interiors specialist, based in Halifax are looking for a Contracts Manager to join them due to continued growth. The Contracts Manager will be focusing on both Commercial and Project Management, working on Fit-out and Interiors Projects across the UK. Project values range anywhere from £300k to £3 million in the PRS and Student Accommodation sectors, with a company turnover of around £20 million.
Contracts Manager Position Overview
Working from head office in Halifax and on projects across the UK
Working on projects between £300k and £3 million in value
Focusing on interiors sector
Completing a range of Contract / Commercial Management duties

Contracts Manager Position Requirements
Living within commuting distance of Halifax
Full driving licence / willing to travel the UK.
Strong work ethic
Must be looking for a long term role
Previous knowledge of FF&E / Interiors, in a similar role
Good tenure (no job hopping)
Must be looking for a long term role

Contracts Manager Position Remuneration
£26,000 – £360,000annual salary, depending on experience
£26,000 – £360,000 to £6,000 car allowance, depending on salary

25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays)
