A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a leading Roofing and Cladding and Facades Contractor. This firm is looking for a career-minded Contracts Manager to oversee the contracts and projects ensuring that the approved terms are coordinated to hit deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and have commercial knowledge and an in-depth understanding of Health and Safety of Construction Contracts. The role is mainly mobile based as the projects are nationwide however we would require the candidate to attend the office two days a week.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure site setup is ready prior to starting a project.
Organising Labour and management of site managers.
Ensuring projects meet the companies standards.
Ensure projects are finished within budget.
Essential Qualifications/Experience/Skills
* A Degree in Construction/ Roofing
* In-depth knowledge of current UK building regulations.
* In-Depth Commercial Knowledge
* Driving Licence Required
