A new fantastic opportunity for a Marketing/Creative Assistant to join a leading Technology company based in Basingstoke. You must be a self-motivated, enthusiastic, bright and creative individual to join an existing team of three within the Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in web management and creative design; the opportunity exists to work closely with and learn from the Creative Lead within the team.

The successful candidate will be involved in some of the following areas:

* Website administration, design and updates across Group companies
* Design of marketing collateral, merchandise and presentations across Group companies
* Design and collation of print and web advertisements across Group companies
* Conducting ‘web-sweeps’ to fully optimise the company’s SEO. Social Media updates
* Assisting in the design and distribution of E-shots
* Assisting with the production of the Group Newsletter
* Checking proofs – artwork, merchandise, banners etc.
* Communicating with Business Heads to understand their marketing and design requirements

Essential to the Role:

* Adobe Creative Cloud – Illustrator and Photoshop and InDesign
* Competent in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher
* Previous experience in a similar role with the ability to bring technical knowledge
* A keen interest to develop marketing skills

Desirable but not Essential

* Experience using Muse
* Understand responsive design for mobile devices
* Knowledge of SAP development
* Any other Adobe CC are desirable particularly within video, photography and motion graphics (After Effects etc.)
* SEO experience, AdWords Experience
* Website Development
* Experience using Dreamweaver (HTML5, CSS3) & Flash
