My client is looking for an experienced Marketing Events Executive to join their busy Marketing team.

Your mission will be to help them achieve their brand vision through instore events, right from the initial inspirational research to managing their customer experience feedback.

NOTE YOU MUST DRIVE FOR THIS ROLE

Responsibilities

* To conduct regular inspirational research for workshops utilsing the customer and colleague feedback to continually improve their customer experience whilst monitoring costs.

* Establish effective relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring all workshop overviews and product line lists are signed off with operations, buying and supply chain.

* Provide full administration for Eventbrite. This consists of uploading instore events, managing refund requests and customer queries as well as monitoring event sign ups and providing weekly reports on each event attendees.

* Act as a central point of contact for the in store colleagues for their workshops and demonstrations (note: occasional weekend working hours may be required and agreed in advance for downloading and supplying stores with their attendee lists).

* Capture learnings from each instore event through close liaison with their email and club database teams, to develop best practice solutions and innovations for continual improvement.

* Image and sample requests for their PR team as required.

* You may also be asked to support and undertake other related duties not listed in this role description from time to time according to the needs of the business and wider marketing team.
