Project Manager / Construction Manager

Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year

Project Manager/Construction Manager needed in West Midlands near Coventry. This is an exciting opportunity to join our client, a small but well established and successful steelwork fabrication business who specialise in the design, fabrication and installation of a range of steelwork for the construction sector, typically portal frame buildings. On offer for the successful Project Manager/Construction Manager is a very good salary, rewarding career and friendly working environment.
Project Manager/Construction Manager duties include:
* Building relationships with clients and attending meetings as needed.
* Arranging required lifting equipments/scaffolding etc
* RAMS.
* Arranging sub contract site teams.
* Liaising internally and externally as required.
* Co-ordination of projects through its life-cycle to handover.
* Running multiple small projects at any one time.
Project Manager/Construction Manager requirements:
* Good knowledge of steelwork, particularly portal frame structures.
* Previous experience working as a Project Manager on these types of projects is highly advantageous.
* Previous experience doing lifting plans is advantageous but not essential.
* Good communication skills.
* Driving license & relevant tickets.
* Be living in/within a commutable distance of West Midlands.
