An enthusiastic Head Chef is required on the Aldeburgh coast. A beautiful café style restaurant with fantastic views along the seafront. With a regularly changing menu, due to sourcing their produce from local suppliers, they pride themselves on producing quality dishes. This outstanding venue is only open for Breakfast and Lunch 7am-4pm offering a fantastic work-life balance.
This popular venue has amazing views of the surrounding area. The café style restaurant has seating for just under 100. They showcase the best of the local produce, using many of the neighbouring farms as their suppliers, giving diners a chance to appreciate the local flavours. They are seeking a talented Head Chef, who is eager to learn and grow with this family-owned business to join their close-knit brigade.
As Head Chef you will be able to demonstrate a solid background and have a flair and originality to bring to the team as well as having a strong fresh food background and a desire to further develop your skills.
This position will suit someone who is looking for a better work life balance, as you will only be required to work 7am-4pm
Due to the location, the ideal candidate will be a car driver/have their own transport but is accessible by public transport
