Head Chef – North Yorkshire Salary; £30,000plus depending on exp

My client is a Country House Hotel sits in its own grounds, comprising of upwards of 50 bedrooms, Restaurant / Bistor and 3 event Suites, with an excellent local reputation for Wedding receptions. Seeking an experienced, innovative, passionate, professional Head Chef to lead our hard working dedicated team. As Head Chef you will be responsible for the running and controlling a busy and varied operation. Daily management of the brigade through motivation, inspiring leadership and development is vital. In addition to being a hands on and involved Head Chef, you will have full responsibility for stock control, achieving budgeted food cost and the implementation of all appropriate Health & Safety and Food Hygiene initiatives and legislation targets.
