My client is an £10m turnover building services contractor, delivering both mechanical and electrical to a mix of Tier 1 and 2 main contractors. They are quickly developing a reputation for delivery and their order book is growing. They have won a £6m mechanical and electrical project for a well known main contractor, delivering private residential and student accommodation blocks.

You will be an experienced Project Manager, can come from either mechanical or electrical trade or management background, and have delivered a project of similar size from tender win, through procurement, design verification, post win VE through to commissioning and handover and be happy managing the delivery in a building services environment of mechanical and electrical. Strong paperwork, experience in pre-commencement, dealing with design reviews and changes, procurement, working closely and collaboratively with a client team, tracking the contractor scope of works, leading a team of supervisors, QA, method statements, risk assessment & H&S.
