Salary: £46,560 – £58,200 per year

Location: – Berkshire & then hybrid working further down the line

Russell- Taylor Group have 2-3 fantastic opportunities for individuals who have previous project management or account management experience as well as previous working experience with developing client relationships to become an account manager for an extremely well-known food retailer. Sales experience is not required for this role, the candidate ideally will need to have an understanding of food and be an excellent people person and amazing communicator.

Responsibilities: –

Project management aiding the clients’ priorities
Accountable for the direction and progression of products through the appropriate route and ensuring success of artwork, approvals, and specification.
Day to day service delivery to the client and help support their internal teams as well.
Notice any opportunities for expansion and development of the service.
Attend client meetings when required
Compile evidence of performance and status reports
Dealing with conflict of interested when managing client feedback and handling problematic conversations with stakeholders.

The Person:-

Experience of account managing in a similar field
Previous experience working with clients and developing relationships
Previous working experience in a food manufacturer, FMCG or retailer in a commercial/category-based role.
Excellent communication- friendly, but straight to the point
Experience of prioritising own workload in order to meet deadlines, so must be used to working in a fast paced environment.
Pro- active and organised
Resilient and able to deal with conflict of interests.
