£30,000 £35,000 Car Allowance

My client is an innovative company working within the FMCG environment. You will be working with local independents, symbol groups and local retailers. Developing and building long term relationships with them.

You will be responsible for managing the relationship between the Customers and my client whilst developing strong relationships to increase sales and ensuring that all accounts are profitable for the retailer.

You will be accountable for:

• Managing volume accounts across a set location to ensure high performing sales
• Ensure all accounts achieve or exceed profit.
• Conduct client visits in line with the visit cycle and upon request to build and maintain relationships to drive compliance and improve sales
• Build and maintain relationships to improve sales
• Educate the retailers on how use the product
• Build brand awareness and manage any issues
• Collect or install the product when required

To be successful in this role you will require the following…

• Previous experience of working with independent retailers or symbol groups in a FMCG environment
• Proven Track Record in account management or BDM in a filed role
• Capability to work on own initiative, be self-motivated, sometimes working unsociable hours
• The ability to build successful relationship with customer
• Can work independently and manage your call list to ensure you speak with all of your customers regular
• Possess experience in dealing with demanding customers
• The use of a car and full driving licence is required for this role
