The role of the new Account Managerwill be to manage your own portfolio of global blue-chips clients, with $1bn+ turnover, ensuring that you integrate all parts of our services, with a high level of customer service, in the renewal of subscriptions.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
– Engaging with C-level and executive decision makers todevelop adeepunderstanding ofclient’s priorities andexpectations and quickly build a strong, trusted relationship.
– Ensuring all KPI’s are achieved. Respecting both internal and clients’ deadlines, managing bespoke engagements as well as timely reporting to your line manager.
– Managing the integration process including the on-boarding of members, introduction of service and increasing utilization of all services (webinars, reports, insights, events).
– Conducting website navigation training sessions and service presentation for all users.
– Ensuring additional services are taken up,such as learning workshops and collaborative learning, and that these are delivered to the
We are looking for an exceptionally talented, driven and commercially agile Account Manager to join our Key Accounts Team.
This individual will be service oriented and will have a proven ability to build strong C-level relationships.
You will have experience in an Account Management position and possess the following skills and qualities:
– Exceptional time/project managementskills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proven ability to effectively manage up to 40 accounts simultaneously
– Solutions focussed -A natural tendency tomeasure impact and direct efforts to ensure results
– Confident public speaker -the abilityto deliver presentations to senior level executives
– Confident self-starter who will take end-to-end ownership of accounts
– Background in or knowledge of supply chain/logistics useful but not essential

Up to £48,000 Basic Salary + OTE + Benefits
