Recruitment Consultant – Technical

We are currently recruiting for our client, a multi-award winning Recruitment Agency with high profile offices in Sheffield centre for a Technical Recruitment Consultant to concentrate on Permanent roles in the region.

This is a brilliant opportunity, part account management, part business development – the office is very successful, and you will be able to “cross-sell” to current clients, as well as picking up all the permanent roles that are called in naturally.

·Attend client meetings, taking in-depth job descriptions and discussing roles

·Advertising, pre-selection, interviewing, and following the process through to placement.

·Concentrating on all technical based permanent roles, up to high level management level across a host of sectors and clients – there is an abundance of scope for you to make placements

·Reporting to your Business / Area manager on a weekly basis, this role is very autonomous and away from any micro-management

·Liaise and help other team members when required

·Business development, through various marketing methods
