Commission Only Recruitment Consultant

I run an established permanent placement recruitment business based in Hadleigh, Essex called Staffing Solutions (UK) Ltd, we’ve been trading since Sept 2002.

We work predominantly within the construction and related sectors; however we do ‘dabble’ in other industries too.
I am keen to hear from highly ‘self motivated’ recruiters that are happy to work on a commission only basis. Yes, you heard/read that right ‘commission only’. Simply put, this means you don’t get a basic salary at all, you only earn if you make placements. I don’t pay people to be recruiters, you pay yourself by the revenue you generate. The more you make the more you earn.
We have a very generous and ‘simple to understand’ commission only system that is easy to understand.
Interested? Then my question is ‘what can you bring to the table’ in terms of experience and your ability to run-manage your own desk and destiny. I need the hungry driven individual, the type that I could dump on a desert island with nothing more than a mobile, writing pad and phone book and you could build your business from there. Do you get the picture?
