£56,400 pa + pension and generous annual leave entitlement

Home Manager required for a bright modern state of the art nursing home located just outside Beaconsfield. As the Registered Manager you will have overall responsibility for a large care home providing high quality nursing and residential care for elderly frail and people living with dementia. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high quality and dynamic care provider providing innovate care and support services to a mixed client group across the South East of England.

The ideal candidate will have an ability to lead and motivate the staff team, by providing skills in effective recruitment, performance management and deployment of staff to deliver high quality care and support for people in the home.

Registered nurse with live NMC Pin
Recognised management qualification
A proven track record in care home management
Broad range of personnel management skills
