Overview

• The role of the Sales executive is to assist with the implementation of organisation’s growth strategy for the achievement of revenue goals regarding new business and retention.
• Marketing and expanding the utilisation of the organisation service offer nationally.
• Seeing new ways existing opportunities could be developed, or finding completely new routes to market, creative thinking is essential for the role.
• Leading and participating in telesales campaigns for customer acquisition. Creating marketing and sales material to promote the organisation products and services.
• Visiting existing and prospective customers to promote, services offer, and to build and maintain, relationships to increase consumption of organisation’s products and services and reduce customer attrition by the direct and proactive engagement with the customers.
• To act as a key point of contact for business development within the organisation’s community, giving guidance and triaging wherever required, both internally and externally.
• Harnessing digital channels including social media to build commitment and awareness of products and services
• Engaging with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth implementation and transition of service

Qualifications for Sales executive – Broadband

• Education to degree level or equivalent
• Past experience working in telecommunications, either with Sky, BT or Virgin then this could be the job for you.

Holiday: 25 days annual leave excluding bank holidays
