My client, a fantastic recruitment agency established four years ago are a true success story in the industry. They have grown from 0 to over 100 employees across four locations including London, Southampton, Dubai and Hong Kong.

I am currently recruiting for my clients Southampton office, which is based in the heart of Ocean Village, based out of 5* offices. This office was established in 2012 and has grown to 12 consultants in just under 2 years with a plan to replicate their London office which currently stands at over 80 consultants. It’s an amazing time to join!

Due to continued success and expansion plans through 2014 my client are hiring for three positions:

* X1 Trainee Recruitment Consultant

* X1 Recruitment Consultant

* X1 Senior Recruitment Consultant

* X1 Recruitment Manager

We are looking for the following characteristics:

The following backgrounds will be considered:

* Sales (telesales, door to door, field sales, telemarketing, estate agency, gym sales, membership sales, lettings negotiator, sales negotiator, banking, car sales)

* Recruitment (from 3 months up to 5 years’ experience, my client have various roles / desks suitable different levels of recruiters)

* Graduate (coming with a sporting background, an outstanding achievement or some experience in a commercial environment)
