What will the role involve?
Your role will involve headhunting Partners and Associates and managing processes and fees in excess of £60,000.
What will I be responsible for?
Sourcing new candidates
Headhunting Partners & Associates
Initiating new client business
Matching candidates to roles
What is required from you?
will need to be hardworking, confident and extremely driven to succeed. You will need to be self-motivated, commercially aware and experienced in sales.
Do I need recruitment experience?
No, you will be fully trained to succeed in the fastest growing industry in the UK.
What credentials will I need?
You will need to have a 2:1 or above in law from a top UK university
Have work office experience
Preferably have experience in sales (non retail)
