Stock Controller / Stock Administrator

My client a leading national building materials supplier is looking to appoint a Stock Controller / Stock Administrator to operate as part of a busy team in the pivotal role between the sales team and warehouse. The role will initially be for a period of 4-6 months but due to continued growth there is a real possibility for contract extensions or other opportunities within the business.

On a day to day basis the role will involve liaison with the sales team, collating orders, updating the in house ERP system (knowledge of Kerridge would be an advantage but not essential) and the raising of purchase orders and delivery notes. In addition the ideal client will also be conversant with MS Office packages, be comfortable on the telephone and be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
