Associate Director Role with FMCG Brands

Reading and Work From Home (Hybrid role)

Our client is working with us to source an experienced Senior Researcher/Associate Director to join their Reading based team. Individuals joining this team will be working with global FMCG brands, leading on major accounts with sensory research to support clients to ensure their FMCG and retail products and packaging are at the forefront of the market.

You will be advising on best sensory research solutions, helping well known global brand clients share and disseminate the insights to their stakeholders.

This role involves:

• Consumer sensory research design
• Dedicated account management of major brand clients
• Proposal writing
• Study management
• Report writing
• Experience of NPD research and prelaunch studies
• Data analysis and interpretation
• Presentation of insights and recommendations to clients
• Managing and mentoring a small team

Ideal candidates will have experience in some or all of these areas. We can consider either agency or in house experience and background.
