Are you sales driven and have experience of engaging with employers? My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Employment Engagement Consultant/Sales Executive to join their team based in Liverpool. The main objective of this role will be to contact businesses in order to promote government funded work placed programmes for their staff members. The hours of work for this permanent position are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4pm (no weekends or late evenings).

This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional organisation that are entering a period of growth and expansion and are looking to develop their staff for further opportunities within the company whilst earning an excellent basic salary plus commission.

The ideal candidates should be able to show the following key skills in this customer focused role:

* Minimum 6 months experience working within the training sector
* Must be used to working to targets
* Outbound calling experience (B2B)
* A consultative sales approach
* Driven to succeed
* Excellent communicator on the phone
* Ability to close deals with clients
* Account management of clients
