Sales Executive

I am currently recruiting for a multi-million pound fast paced dynamic company based in the Portsmouth area who are looking for a target orientated Sales Executive to target new business in across the UK. The Sales Executive will be a proven achiever, with a consistent record of exceeding targets and KPIs.

Duties

Perform the whole 360 cycle of the sales process, from the initial call right through to closing down the business
B2B Cold Calling to a supplied database (making approximately 150-200 calls per day) to generate your own phone appointments in order to demonstrate the companies unique software via the internet
Carry out all demonstrations that you book as and when they are planned. The aim of the demo is to present the benefits of the software and get the clients to take a free trial of the software
Present trial results to prospective customers with the aim of closing the sale
Achieving a daily talk time of at least 3 hours
Hit all KPI targets including:
Volume of demonstrations booked
Conversion from demonstration to trial
Number of trials completed
Conversion from trial to sale
Monthly sales revenue targets
You must have worked in a new business sales and telesales environment before and be the kind of inidividual motivated by earning fantastic commission and bonus
Working Hours – Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30PM

(However, teams start at 8am to do training for an hour between 8am – 9am).
