Bus Station Cleaner – Driving Included

Salary: £26,000 per year

Carlisle Support Services have recently been appointed as the chosen partner by the West Yorkshire Combined Authority to provide cleaning services to the bus shelters and bus stations across the West Yorkshire area, the partnership is about maintaining and developing the passenger experience, for us, this starts at the very point the passenger is waiting for their transport to arrive, they want it to be clean and present the right image.

To deliver this contract are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, flexible individuals to join our team as a Bus Station cleaning operative, to ensure the cleanliness and presentation of a Bus Station.

This is a varied role, which is both exciting and challenging but also extremely rewarding, as we are an equal opportunities business with a passion for progressing those that work hard and prove themselves aiming for a higher role.

Cleaning experience above would be useful but full training will be given, this will include on the job training and opportunity to progress within Carlisle. The ideal candidate will understand the importance of health and safety, have a thorough understanding of industrial cleaning, and will work proudly alongside their exceptional Carlisle colleagues, following instructions and using initiative to ensure the work is completed to the highest standard.
