Aircraft Cleaner

From £26,000 per year – £26,000 per year dependent on shift pattern.

Day and Night Shifts available.

This is a full time position where you will be expected to work up to 37.5 hours per week with overtime available.

Candidates must be prepared to work shifts (a mixture of early, lates and nights) covering a 24 hour shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays.

Due to security checks and airside clearance, applicants must have resided in the UK for at least 36 months in the last 5 years to be considered for this position.

We are urgently recruiting Aircraft Cleaners to assist with the internal cleaning of aircraft at London Heathrow Airport for major clients.

The main duties of an Aircraft Cleaner will include:

* Vacuuming and shampooing the carpets
* Cleaning the aircraft washrooms
* Replacing toiletries
* Removing and disposing of waste correctly
* Litter picking from seats, chair pockets and floors
* Washing trays, armrests, windows
* Replacing blankets and headrest covers
* Re-casing pillows

The essential requirements to be successful as an Aircraft Cleaner are:

* Ability to use chemical cleaning products
* A willingness to clean all areas of the aircraft and to carry out all duties as directed by your line managers
* Excellent observation skills
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work in all weather conditions
* Ability to commute to and from Heathrow Airport by public transport

To be considered for this position candidates will ideally have cleaning experience from one of the following environments: offices, houses, schools, waste operatives, refuse collectors, housekeepers.

Successful applicants must be able to provide a 5 year checkable history for referencing purposes and will also be subject to the following security checks and airside clearance at their own expense:
