Sales & Marketing Manager

Our client, a blue chip developer is looking to recruit an established Sales and Marketing Manager for their South West business.

The successful candidate will require a proven background in residential house building ideally in both speculative and affordable sectors. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• Meet targets as set down for the Business Unit
• Visit sites throughout the South West
• Revenue Generation through new home sales
• Achieve budgeted revenue and sales volume
• Business Generation – Maximise every business opportunity
• Constantly seeks to improve productivity and efficiency
• Cost Control – To maintain tight control over all expenditure
• Profitability – To achieve and better budgeted profit levels for all sites
• Compliance in line with legislation
• Knowledgeable of all legislation affecting New Homes developers, Health & Safety at Work and Financial services
• New Site Openings; Signing off of plans, ensure sales centres & show homes are delivered and ready to open as per agreed schedules, ensure brochures are complete and accurate ready for agreed opening schedules
• Liase with Estate Agents as required
• Manage through “Part Exchanges”
• Financial Services – To promote the companies preferred mortgage company and gain sales control. To monitor sales executive performance and provide coaching and motivation as required
• Competitor awareness
• Marketing campaigns
• Promote the brand at exhibitions
• Promote Customer Service throughout the business
• Complaint Handling
• Recruitment and Selection of sales staff and then train and coach as required
• Leadership – To consistently provide the highest levels of professional leadership, motivation and direction to all staff all staff are seen to be well lead, motivated and to have a clear direction. Achieves targeted employee satisfaction results. Actively seeks communication with, and feedback from, all staff.
