Shift Maintenance Engineer – Electrical – Facilities Maintenance – Euston 4 on 4 off – DAYS ONLY!
My client is a market leading building maintenance service provider with a significantly expanding portfolio across the UK. They are actively seeking a Shift Maintenance Engineer Electrical to conduct PPM & reactive duties across one of their prestigious long term contracts in Euston, London
The successful candidate will look after the day to day engineering operation, whilst working alongside a HV shift leader. They will also be supported by an onsite technical supervisor and technical contract manager.
Job Specification:
* Responding to any reactive and the planned maintenance to plant throughout the buildings such as: LV electrical systems, data hall cooling/humidity, BMS systems monitoring, UPS, generator systems, electrical installation and safe systems of work, Pumps, Motors, Valves, Pressure Systems, AHU’s, FCUs, Generators, HVAC system, pipework and water treatment to name a few.
* Ensure strong communication clients
* Manage workload accordingly
* Organise sub contract labour.
* Carry out works in accordance to health and safety procedures
Salary & Package:
* £45,600.00 Per Annum
* 4 on 4 off – 7am till 7pm – Days Only!
* 20 Days Annual Leave
* Plenty of Overtime Inc Rates: x1.5 & x2.0

The Person:
* City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 in City & Guilds OR NVQ Electrical Engineering
* Demonstrate strong communication and people skills
* Team player, strong management skills
* Prioritising and solving problems often under pressure, utilising innovative solutions.
* Ex-forces considered
