Ecommerce Manager – Homewares

Seeking an eCommerce Manager for a highly successful UK pureplay Online Furniture / Homewares Retailer to manage 2 well-established eCommerce sites. With a £M turn over and impressive YOY growth they need an experienced eCommerce Manager to report the Head of Digital Marketing and be responsible for the development & delivery of the eCommerce strategy, managing and developing a team of 3 in order to meet sales & conversion targets.

Required:
– Solid experience in online trading and marketing to maximise sales and profit
– Experienced in creating digital marketing plans and implementing site updates to increase traffic, page views & site conversion
– Strong understanding of customer behavior, using reporting systems to optimise customer journey and experience
– Experienced with Google Analytics
– Experienced with SEO, PPC, Social Media, Display and Email Campaigns to drive high quality traffic from both new & existing customers
– Solid communication skills and adept at working cross-functionally
– Retail experience is essential, and homewares or/or furniture experience is highly desirable
– Management experience is highly desirable but not essential

Based in Hertfordshire, the head office is 20 minutes from Kings Cross via train and they also have free parking on site.
