Sales Administrator
£28-30k + Benefits

Our client is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and flexible individual to join their dynamic fast growing company to work at their head office in Lymington. To build on their aim in delivering a service of the highest quality they are looking to build their team by recruiting an experienced Sales Administrator to work in the Sales Department which is responsible for turning sales leads into opportunities, looking after an assigned geographical area. Candidates must be able to take the initiative, have a good attention to detail, relevant experience, the ability to communicate well at all levels and an aptitude for sales. This is a full time permanent position Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

Your role:

• Researching the location, gathering all key information on the site – who owns it or uses its facilities, key contacts for example
• Making initial contact with a site
• Assisting in document creation, sites updates to CRM with outside sales team
• Helping to file information in CRM and online storage system
• Running reports for Sales Director and responding to priority changes
• Making timely contact with the key site owner/user using an agreed “sales pitch”
• Securing an agreement in principle from the key contact to a visit from a Regional Sales Manager to further discuss our offer.
• Working closely with the regional sales managers and assisting with organizing meetings/diaries.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Confidence with or an aptitude for sales
• Well presented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate articulately at all levels
• Highly motivated and driven
• A can-do attitude and ability to be self-motivated.
• Accurate Administrative Skills with great attention to detail.
