Salary: £26,000 per year
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a PDRS Technician to join an established and exciting company. The role is full time permanent, Monday to Friday- 39 hours weekly (occasionally weekend work at peak times, paid at overtime). For the right candidate the company is offering a starting salary of £26,000 depending on experience, professional development, pension and other key benefits.
Responsibilities and accountability’s of the role:
To attend all new jobs allocated by dispatch including all domestic and commercial perils
To be able to identify and follow through on new business opportunities in the area
To be able to carry out moisture surveys and dying techniques as and when required
Ensure live time inputting of reports and update live jobs on a weekly basis
Organizing and supervising sub contractors and ensure the health and safety of everyone
Continue professional development through the Gateway to Success framework.
The ability to communicate effectively with all suppliers, agency staff, managers, subcontractors and customers
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Some building knowledge is essential ideally with experience with Mould and Bacteria
Technical – water and fire and accidental damage restoration
Understanding profit and loss and cost control
It is essential that you have the ability to organize, plan and problem solve
A keenness to learn about the company products and services that are offered
The ideal Candidate:
This role will be ideally suited to a candidate who is a team player. Business focused with excellent customer care skills. The ability to remain calm under pressure, and be supportive to others with a positive outlook. A good communicator is a must, and a good basic standard of education.
