Insurance Account Handler
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and engaged individual who is looking to join a successful, expanding, family-run Insurance Brokers based north of York.
The overall objective of this role is to develop the profitability of the business by actively dealing with renewals as well as new business in insurance ensuring that all activity fully complies with FCA regulation and Company procedures.
Working alongside a team of experienced and knowledgeable Account Handlers and Account Executives, you will be looking after all aspects of their new and long-standing customer’s insurance needs, providing the high quality of service they pride ourselves on whilst always remaining compliant with the ever changing regulations faced by the insurance industry.
You will be using an in-house database system (Acturis) as well as MS office to produce letters and quotes so you need to be computer literate and have excellent keyboard and customer service skills.
The successful Insurance Account Handler will have the following:
* CII level 3 qualification
* Experience of using Acturis
* A friendly, intelligent and ambitious individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills
