IT Support Analyst

Salary: £34,440 – £38,040 per year

A change driven RSL with offices in the North East are looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join their team. This role will be majority home based with a requirement to attend one of their offices in the North East from time to time.

You will be responsible for supporting the businesses technology systems and infrastructure as part of a wider team. You will provide troubleshooting and testing, ensure infrastructure is aligned to cyber security best practices and undertake cloud configuration (capacity management and usage optimisation). Alongside business-as-usual support, you will also be involved in a wide range of technology projects as part of your day-to-day role.

Essential Skills:

• Experience working as an IT Support Analyst or similar across infrastructure, networking, and systems
• Cloud configuration and management (ideally Azure)
• GDPR/IT security/cyber security knowledge
• Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, etc)
• Data security and access management
• Communications & Networking (ideally Cisco)
• Analysis, requirement gathering & technical documentation
• Testing & deployment
