We are currently looking for dedicated, motivated and pro-active individuals with a willingness to understand and accommodate the needs of the people we support within the Alton and Farnborough areas.

Location: Alton and Farnborough, Hampshire
Salary: £26,000per year.00 – £26,000 per year, pro rata plus excellent benefits
Variety of Hours Available

Alton, Hampshire £26,000 per year pro rata
Farnborough, Hampshire £17,424.00 pa pro rata

You will be supporting adults with a learning disability to lead active lives. You will help to develop their independent living skills and support them with budgeting their finances and managing their housing tenancies.

Experience is not as important as a willingness to learn and to see things from the point of view of the people we support. Full training will be provided. Good communication skills and ability to work on your own initiative and also as part of a team are essential. Candidates must be willing to work flexibly as you will be required to work on a rota basis which will include mornings, evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.

Car Drivers and use of a car are essential for the job.
