Salary: £26,000 – £26,520 per year
One of our Good schools who are very friendly and welcoming are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant on a long term basis till July 2022
The successful Learning Support Assistant will be working with a friendly team of Teaching Staff who are all motivated and gifted Educators.
The Learning Support Assistant role will be working with students to support and assist them during lessons.
You will have the ability and skills to keep the pupils motivated and focused on the lessons and classroom environment.
You will know when to support and when to give leverage for them to develop and try to work on their own initiative.
This is a rewarding position within a great education establishment!
The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:
* Previous experience working as a LSA coupled with qualifications
* Ability to create an interesting and positive learning environment
* Confident in their abilities to keep the students focused and supported
* Passion for teaching and working with pupils
* Enthusiastic to get the best our of each student
The ideal LSA will be available as soon as possible and be available till July 2022
