Business Manager – Bems

Salary: £72,000 – £78,000 per year

OWOA are looking for a Business Manager for one of our clients in the North West.

This role is key to leading our clients business growth plans in the North West for 2022 and beyond. You’ll have the opportunity to work with senior leadership colleagues and to showcase your commercial acumen at director level; with excellent progression opportunities should you desire to further your career.

You’ll be leading the Smart Buildings team of engineers and sales people in the North West.

Reporting to the Smart Buildings Business Director, you’ll be responsible for the development and execution of the North West business plan, including financial performance and all aspects of operational delivery. You’ll lead an engineering team working with you to achieve planned objectives and budgets focused on both business and customer needs; and lead a local sales team to grow market share within the new build construction market; and manage a diverse existing customer base in and around the region.
