Dealership Receptionist / Showroom Host

Dealership Receptionist / Showroom Host required in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

£26,000 per year Basic

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm and Saturdays, 8.30am to 5.00pm (day off every other week)

We are currently looking for an experienced Dealership Receptionist / Showroom Host to join our client’s prestigious car dealership.

Working within the main showroom your main duties will include:

Meeting and greeting Customers coming in to the Showroom

Directing Customers to the relevant staff members

Offering refreshments

Taking calls coming into the dealership at peak times

Assisting with general administration duties

Due to the highly professional and demanding environment someone with substantial experience in reception roles is essential. This is a customer facing role in a prestigious dealership, therefore candidates should be well presented with good customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will:

Have Reception/telephone experience

Be of Smart appearance

Excellent communication and customer handling skills

Motor trade experience is an advantage.
