Electronics Design Engineer
Location: Manchester
Salary: £30,000 – £42,000plus bens
A new vacancy for an experienced, all-round Electronics Hardware Electronics Development Engineer to join the design team of a leading technology company based in Manchester. This is a superb opportunity to join a world class company who are driven by the desire to shape the future of technology.
Electronics Design Engineer primary responsibilities:
• Design to circuit level, assemble and test electronic circuits.
• Design to circuit level, assemble and test production and QC test jigs.
• Write code and programme microchips.
• Ensure that a product will work with devices developed by others and will perform consistently in specified operating environments.
• Introduction of new products to production.
Key Skills and Knowledge:
• Digital communications experience including TCP/IP & RS485 experience will be a real benefit.
• Design experience down to circuit board level of security alarm systems is beneficial.
• Some degree of production engineering experience would be beneficial.
• Experience of software programming using assembler and/or ‘C` essential.
Salary for this Electronics Design Engineer job will be £30,000 – £42,000dependant on experience. Based in Manchester.
