Electronics Engineer

An Electronics Engineer with eligibility for UK Security Clearance is sought by a growing industry leader in the development of rugged electronic devices.
Utilising your expertise in PCB level digital and analogue circuit design you’ll play a significant part in the design of the company’s market leading low power electronic devices from initial specification through the entire product lifecycle.

Qualified to Degree level with a can-do approach to challenges, the successful Electronics Engineer will have a strong technical background including experience with the following:
Design, layout and routing of multilayer, mixed signal PCBs.
High level or assembly language or Hardware Descriptor Languages.
Embedded Microprocessor Systems.
Power Supply Design.
DSP Theory.
Communications and networking systems.
RTL coding using Verilog / VHDL targeting FPGAs or ASICs.

Familiarity with Design for Manufacture and assembly, an understanding of the mechanical aspects of electronic product development and exposure to embedded firmware design would also be beneficial.

Working within a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, the successful Electronics Engineer will undertake a range of tasks where you’ll showcase your enthusiasm, creativity and organisational abilities.
