Badenoch and Clark are currently looking for a tenacious, driven, and sales focused individual to join our highly successful Brighton office. The role available is for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing HR team. The main duties will involve the placement of top calibre HR Professionals into a range of commercial blue chip companies in Sussex & Surrey and effectively developing a specific market. A key element will involve proactively networking senior level candidates, headhunting and making approaches via Linked In.

Circa £120,000 basic salary, depending on experience in recruitment
Excellent uncapped commission scheme. OTE – £70k

Recruiting HR professionals into commerce & industry
Consultant is needed to facilitate their aggressive expansion plans for 2014

Requirement:

Previous experience of recruitment in a professional services firm
