Resourcing Specialist

Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year

Anderson Knight are looking for a Resourcing Specialist to join our client a Global business outside Glasgow. This role will work with internal stakeholders building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.

Main duties & responsibilities:

* Deliver a high quality effective end-to-end in-house resourcing service, ensuring internal and external stakeholder relationships are well managed.

* Provide advice, support and guidance to internal stakeholders on all aspect of recruitment and selection.

* Responsible for social media platforms to advertise position, attracting candidates and promoting our brand.

* Working knowledge and experience of direct sourcing methodologies and tools including writing adverts, agreeing advertising media, and using social media.

* Record, review and report on the performance and progress against vacancies, ensuring action plans are in place to address any areas of concern.

* Ensure onboarding processes and procedures are fit for purpose and are reviewed regularly to keep abreast of legislative changes and best practice.

* Ensure all recruitment documentation is up to date, version controlled and available on internal systems.

* Provide advice on job descriptions and support job evaluations as required.

* Formulate and deliver monthly /quarterly /annual reports to define results and SLA achievement.

* Consistently exploring ways to improve attraction and selection strategies, promoting our brand.

* Support Line Management with the interview process including competency framework and behaviour based questioning.

* Highlight trends, insights and develop recruitment analytics based on placements and onboarding activity

Desired experience:

* Proven in-house recruitment experience with the ability to make strong decisions and provide advice and guidance to stakeholders at all levels

* Strong working knowledge and experience of direct sourcing methodologies and tools including writing adverts, agreeing advertising media, and using social media.

* Substantial experience of managing multiple end-to-end recruitment campaigns at all levels.
