Head of Resourcing – Swindon

Salary: £63,802 per year

Temporary Head of Resourcing with NHS experience in Swindon, Wiltshire

Full time temporary position covering two sites in Swindon. Permanent position may be available for the right candidate.

Duties will include:

• Manage and Lead the Medical and Non Medical Recruitment and Temporary Staffing Teams
• Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract high calibre staff to the Trust
• Implement People Strategy

Person Specification

• Education to Masters level or equivalent
• Member of CIPD
• Experience of managing a recruitment and temporary staffing service
• Proven experience in managing a team
• Knowledge of NHS terms and workforce planning
• Knowledge of UK employment legislation

Salary £63,802per annum (pro-rata)

The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing and leading a recruitment team!
