£30,000 per annum
Within this role you will provide high standard customer service to external and internal customers, ensuring tasks and queries are done/resolved efficiently and to meet operational changes and requirements as well as to improve organizational effectiveness of the Customer Services team and the systems that are being used within the department.
You will be required to proactively engage with Customers and respond to Customer enquiries in an efficient and professional manner, ensuring that excellent customer service is provided at all times. You will also coordinate & manage SAP order processing – purchase orders, sales orders, invoices etc., and provide support to Key Account Managers on offers (compile offer letters), projects, costs and customer queries (margin sheets).
The successful applicant will have experience in SAP SD/MM processes, Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, excellent communication skills and good attention to detail.
Mobility to travel as and when necessary is also required.
