Bright Selection are pleased to be supporting a luxury care provider in the recruitment for an experienced Home Manager for one of their beautiful homes near Poole, Dorset.

This is an exciting role to build and promote the homes reputation under new management of a luxury care provider, the home benefits from a complete refurbishment, including new landscaped gardens, extension of communal spaces and state of the art facilities. The home will provide luxury nursing and residential care for the elderly and frail, already benefiting from an excellent staff team this role is a great opportunity to manage an exciting project locally.

To be considered for the role you will be nurse qualified and ideally hold an active pin, our client is looking for proven a Home Manager within the elderly, private care sector & excellent knowledge KLOE standards. Previous experience of managing a recently commissioned home would be beneficial.
