Salary: £30,000 – £33,600 per year
Long established and successful car dealership (main dealer) are seeking a highly experienced Senior Service Advisor/Service Reception manager. This role may suit a senior service advisor seeking their next step up in their career.
We need an enthusiastic, quality driven, friendly and professional person to:
* Advise customers in relation to their vehicle’s service and repair needs, handling enquiries effectively and ensure that customers are dealt with professionally in all aspects of their motoring needs
* As a Senior Service Advisor you will be controlling all aspects of the front of house and raising the standard of customer experience
This role offers a competitive basic salary + bonus. Basic in the region of £30,000 – £33,600with an OTE of £32k
