Location: Maidenhead (with international travel)

I currently have an opportunity for a multi-lingual Account Manager looking to join our ever-expanding, international engineering recruitment team to be based in our BPS World head office in Maidenhead.

This role will require you to travel internationally on a regular basis and we are therefore looking for Account Managers that are multilingual in one or more eastern European language. 

Your role as an Account Manager will involve recruitment delivery, stakeholder management and supply-chain management.

Some of your key sales responsibilities will be:

– Actively participate in daily sales meetings
– Continually assess and design strategies to continuously improve efficiencies
– Train, motivate and support your team members
– Distribute workload to team members dependent on availability and skillset
– CV generation including job-board advertising/email alerts etc.
– Monitor team members daily / weekly / monthly sales activities
– Telephone interviewing of candidates (when required).
– Supervise the arrangement and coordination of interviews, meetings and briefs.
– Supervise the submittal of candidates to clients
– Assist team in the closing out of candidate offers & acceptance
– The ideal Recruiter / Account Manager will have the following experience and qualifications:

– Degree educated or equivalent is desirable
– Proven track record & demonstrable results in recruitment sales delivery
– Flexible attitude to work and travel
– Fluent in Czech or Polish – beneficial, not essential
