German Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £30,000 per year

This new opportunity has opened up to external applications, this role is a permanent, full time position that requires full experience of management supporting international customers. This role requires excellent customer management skills, thorough knowledge of customer care, queries and escalations. This role will ideally require language skills (English & German)

This business are a global leader and have a global customer service hub based in Chester. This business have a diverse and high volume of in demand products on an international scale.

Description

This International Customer Specialist role will include the following duties;

*Communicate (written & verbal) with customers about goods in English and German

*Receiving and processing incoming customer telephone calls, orders and queries

*Logging call notes using inhouse systems

*Advising on a wide range of products and services (training provided)

*Generating letters, statements etc for customers

Profile

The desired candidate for this position will match the below criteria;

*Strong customer focus (Gained through an international telephone based Customer Service role ideally)

*Excellent administrative skills and able to manage complaints

*Work well under pressure

*Bilingual would be ideal, we welcome applications from German speakers

This role is offering;

*27 days holiday + bank holidays

*28,000 – 30,000 salary (27 basic + shift allowance)
