Project Manager – Steelwork

Project Manager vacancy Oxfordshire. This is an exciting PAYE opportunity that has arisen due to planned growth and a healthy order book. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established steelwork fabrication business who specialise in the design, fabrication and installation of a range of bespoke steelwork that ranges from fairly simple builders beams through to mezzanine floors to feature/architectural stairs and balustrades. On offer for the successful Project Manager is an excellent salary + benefits package.

Project Manager duties include:

•Building relationships with clients.

•Carrying out site surveys (if skillset allows).

•Arranging required lifting equipment’s/scaffolding etc

•Liaising internally and externally as required.

•Co-ordination of projects through its life-cycle to handover.

•Running multiple projects at any one time.

Project Manager requirements:

•Good knowledge of steelwork, particularly advantageous if good knowledge of architectural metalwork (stairs, hand rails etc)

•Previous experience working as a Project Manager on these types of projects is highly advantageous.

•Previous experience doing surveys is advantageous but not essential.

•Good communication skills.

•Driving license.

•Be living in/within a commutable distance of Oxfordshire.
