Construction Project Manager

Salary: £26.4 – £30 per hour

OWOA are looking for someone to deliver a customer focused project management service.

You will provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective service to corporate clients as permitted by legislation.

You will provide the necessary support at all times and maintain a high level of professional competence ensuring that the performance of such services is continually monitored and improved in line with the aim to provide Best Value in service delivery.

Essential Requirements

• Degree in Project Management/Construction or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a PM role or similar
• Ability to demonstrate sound understanding of client requirements
• Able to use IT including MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of the workings of Design Teams
• Sound knowledge of the building process
• Full current driving licence or access to a means of mobility support
