Construction Project Manager

Salary: £60,000 per year

Mercury Talent are delighted to being recruited for an experienced Construction Project Manager / Construction Manager / Site Manager on an initial 3 month contract basis for an expanding internal construction company specialising in hygienic internal cladding. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of c£60,000negotiable. This role will be covering London sites predominantly.

Reporting to the company directors and liaising with internal Project Managers you will organise and oversee the projects ensuring they are running to schedule. You will be running multiple contracts and will be responsible for progress reports. You must have a proven track record managing projects within the Construction sector, together with all the relevant certificates required. You must have the ability to provide confident leadership, especially from a Commercial, Design, Construction, Sales and Health & Safety perspective.

You will be working with subcontractors to ensure the project is completed on time.
