Customer Service & Web Production Assistant

Salary: £26,000 per year

We currently have an exciting opportunity of a Customer Service and Web Support Assistant to join and be part of a motivated, energetic team.
The team manages various websites and associated online marketing and trading across their brand portfolio.
 
This role is responsible for the Customer Service given to customers of four ecommerce websites as well as assisting with any ad hoc administration work.

Main Duties of the role include –

• Contacting customers to advise on any issues that may occur with their order
• Problem solving and escalating any issues or complaints that may arise
• Working closely with the web fulfilment team in the Warehouses to help resolve any despatch and order issues
• Supporting the Ecommerce team with ad hoc web production tasks such as re-sizing product imagery, data entry, market research, website testing and audits
• Problem solving and escalating any issues or complaints that arise to the Customer Service Executive to ensure they are dealt with efficiently ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills. Customer Service experience, ability to remain calm and polite when dealing with complaints and strong problem solving skills.

Be competent with MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
