Staffing Match are working in partnership with a leading airport services provider based at Heathrow and are currently recruiting for:

70 x Customer Service Agents

Ongoing Positions! Starting on 7th July

As a customer service agent you will be responsible for:

* Enhancing the passenger experience at Heathrow
* Meeting and greeting passengers
* Check in desk duties
* Assisting with directions and ensuring the passenger gets to the gate on time
* Assisting less mobile passengers with transportation
* Driving airport buggies within the terminal
* Generally being a great ambassador for our client
* Must be presentable

Skills Required:

* Preferably have customer facing experience
* Able to work under pressure
* Genuinely enjoys helping / caring for customers
* Must be flexible as various shifts available

* As you will be holding an airside pass you will need to provide a full 5 year history and have a CRB check.
* Salary: 7:20ph
* 40+ hours per week
* 28 days holiday including bank holidays
