Operations Manager – Construction / Building
Ideal opportunity for an already experienced Operations Manager or an experienced Contracts Manager looking for step up / promotion.
Opportunity to join a reputable building main contractor to manage their construction delivery team.
(Ideal for candidates based in Yorkshire or East Midlands given the local projects and flexible working).

Role:
Reporting to Director, your role would play a key managerial position managing and supporting the delivery department, in turn 5 Contracts Managers would report into you.
Requirements:
To be considered for this Operations Manager role you must meet the following criteria:
– Knowledge of Building / construction sector.
– Previous employment as an Operations Manager, Operations Director, Project Lead, Project Leader, Contracts Director, Contracts Manager, Construction Director or similar role.
– Previous experience ideally in building sector projects such as Commercial, Mixed Use, Residential, Apartment Blocks, Student Accommodation, Hotels, Extra Care Housing, MOJ, Industrial, Retail, Education or Healthcare.
– Ideally Chartered or working towards, but not essential.
– Previous Main Contractor employment is essential.
– High level of communication skills.
